I’m Samara — a multidimensional healer, intuitive guide, and sacred space holder for those walking the path of deep soul remembrance. Through my healing practice, I weave together energy medicine, plant spirit wisdom, and ancient soul work to help you awaken, realign, and return to your truth.

As the founder of Transcendent Soul Healing and Scorched: The Divine Fire Collective, I hold sacred space for personal transformation through Reiki, Akashic Records readings, past life healing, somatic integration, and psychedelic journey support. My work is deeply rooted in the magic of plant medicine — including guided psilocybin journeys and microdosing support — with a focus on integration, safety, and soul activation. I believe mushrooms and sacred plants are powerful allies for healing emotional trauma, reconnecting to our inner child, and activating higher consciousness.

Laura Cina started her healing journey in 1998 when she became a receptionist at the holistic Turtle Island Health Center under the tutelage of Chiropractor, Nutritionist, Acupuncturist, and QiGong Master Dr Russell DesMarais. After learning that Shiatsu was a combination of massage and acupuncture points she figured that was the smartest place to start learning. She attended the MN Center for Shiatsu Study (Centerpoint) and graduated in 1999. 

Unfortunately the demand for Shiatsu therapists was pretty low so she was trained in Swedish massage at a spa job very quickly.  

Under Dr DesMarais Laura received her Level VI Certification in Spring Forest QiGong, qualifying her to teach the meditation and energy healing technique. 

Further training received over the years have been Thai Yoga Massage, Level I & II CranioSacral Therapy, herbal compresses, cupping and hot stone massage. 

Laura practiced for ten years working for Chiropractors and at her own home practice while getting her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from 2000 to 2010. She then decided to pursue working to heal the earth through the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.

She received her Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from the U of M and worked in the solar industry for 14 years....until now. 

The Universe has said it's time to leave the office and go back to healing people.
